Crusoe is hiring a Senior Category Manager to lead the commercial and supply chain strategy for their storage category. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop innovative storage solutions. This role requires significant experience in category management and supply chain strategy.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in category management, particularly in the technology or cloud infrastructure sectors. Your background includes developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with business goals and market trends. You possess strong negotiation skills, having successfully led complex negotiations with OEMs and suppliers in previous roles. You understand the importance of building resilient and scalable supply chains that support rapid growth and innovation.
You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market data and internal metrics to inform decision-making. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, allows you to create cohesive strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You are committed to sustainability and understand how to integrate sustainable practices into supply chain management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for Crusoe's storage category, which includes block, file, and object storage platforms. You will develop multi-year sourcing strategies that align with the company's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. Your responsibilities will include leading negotiations with key suppliers and OEMs to secure favorable terms and conditions that support Crusoe's growth.
You will partner closely with the Storage Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Center Operations teams to ensure that the storage ecosystem is resilient, scalable, and cost-effective. This involves architecting supply chain solutions that can adapt to the company's rapid global expansion. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitor strategies to keep Crusoe at the forefront of the industry.
