What you'll do

In this role, you will build and execute the OSP/ISP construction strategy that supports Crusoe's AI data center expansion. You will lead cross-functional teams, establishing project priorities and schedules while managing budgets and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, permitting, and construction phases of large-scale telecommunications builds and fiber deployments. You will partner closely with engineering, network, data center, and field operations teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.

You will be instrumental in driving improvements in construction processes and methodologies, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of greenfield and brownfield site developments, ensuring that all construction activities align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization, promoting best practices in construction and operational excellence.
