Crusoe is hiring a Director of Controls to lead the Building Management and Electrical Power Management Systems program across their data center portfolio. You have a proven track record in leading controls engineering teams, with extensive experience in Building Management and Electrical Power Management Systems. Your expertise in designing and implementing controls architecture enables you to drive efficiency and reliability across complex infrastructures. You possess strong leadership skills, allowing you to mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams effectively.
You understand the importance of integrating cybersecurity standards into controls designs, ensuring that all systems operate securely and efficiently. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with design, construction, and operations teams to achieve common goals. What you'll do
As the Director of Controls, you will lead Crusoe's BMS/EPMS program, setting standards for design, integration, testing, and operations across all data centers. You will develop and implement controls architecture roadmaps that enable high scalability, resilience, and visibility across Crusoe's infrastructure. Your role will involve managing vendor and system integrator relationships to ensure that controls designs meet performance and reliability standards.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary controls engineering team responsible for developing, commissioning, and maintaining Crusoe's automation systems. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a digital backbone that powers Crusoe's AI-driven infrastructure, ensuring that facilities operate efficiently and intelligently. You will also be responsible for defining the vision and execution strategy for controls systems, from design and standardization to implementation and optimization.
