Crusoe is hiring a Senior GTM Sourcer to drive sourcing and recruiting for their Go-To-Market organization. You'll develop strategies and build relationships with hiring managers in San Francisco. This position requires 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.

Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong understanding of the business landscape. You excel at developing and executing sourcing strategies that attract top talent across various Go-To-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Your ability to build relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to effectively understand their needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.
You are skilled in conducting candidate outreach, managing the candidate experience, and evaluating candidate skills and experience. Your proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Crusoe's Go-To-Market organization. You will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the unique needs of each role. Building strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential as you work to understand their requirements and expectations. You will conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens and scheduling interviews, while managing the overall candidate experience to ensure a positive impression of Crusoe.
You will evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience, ensuring that only the best candidates are presented to hiring managers. Your expertise in sourcing will allow you to tap into various channels, leveraging online platforms, networking opportunities, and referrals to find the right talent. Collaborating closely with the recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in making offers and closing candidates, contributing to the growth and success of Crusoe's Go-To-Market organization.
