What you'll do
As a Business Sourcer at Range, you will support the Talent team in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for a wide range of non-technical roles, including business operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the top-of-funnel recruiting efforts, which involves sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Your role will require you to qualify candidates effectively, ensuring they align with Range's values and culture. You will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on the talent market. Your creativity will shine as you develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
