Who you are

You have experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing candidates for senior-level positions. You understand the importance of building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Your ability to engage with diverse talent pools is a key strength, and you are committed to promoting inclusivity in hiring practices.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Your analytical skills allow you to assess candidate qualifications effectively, and you are comfortable using various tools and platforms to track and report on your sourcing efforts.

What you'll do

As an Executive Sourcer at Uber, you will own the research and engagement strategy for our US&C tech teams, focusing on roles at the Director level and above. You will collaborate with executive recruiters to drive the search execution process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include conducting market mapping, direct outreach to potential candidates, and reviewing resumes and profiles to identify the best fits for our leadership teams.

You will also conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidates against key performance indicators, capturing detailed notes and preparing assessments for the recruiting team. Your expertise in market mapping will help elevate our search strategies, and you will work closely with recruiters to create job specifications and scorecards that align with our hiring goals.

In this role, you will bring efficiency to all searches, applying processes where needed to ensure the highest quality at every step. You will keep track of all aspects of a search and report findings upon closing to continuously improve our database and sourcing strategies.
