What you'll do

In this role, you will own the sourcing strategy for technical positions within OpenAI's Scaling organization. You will collaborate closely with Senior Technical Recruiters and engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted outreach strategies. Your responsibilities will include mapping talent markets, engaging with potential candidates, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified individuals.

You will also play a key role in driving the top-of-funnel strategy, ensuring that OpenAI consistently attracts high-caliber technical talent. Your work will directly influence the organization's ability to build and operate the infrastructure behind advanced AI systems, making your contributions critical to the company's mission.
