What you'll do

In this role, you will own the delivery of recruiting programs from start to finish, ensuring that all initiatives align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will help Recruiting Leads manage their day-to-day operations while leading cross-functional efforts to execute on their most critical priorities. Your responsibilities will include developing and standardizing interview processes, building priority intake mechanisms, and leading enablement rollouts. You will also evaluate and implement vendor solutions to enhance recruiting capabilities. Additionally, you will create dashboards to track hiring health and recruiter capacity, providing insights that inform decision-making.
