You have extensive experience in solutions engineering, particularly in deploying AI and ML workloads on cloud infrastructure. Your technical expertise in Kubernetes and MLOps allows you to guide customers through complex deployments, ensuring they achieve optimal performance and scalability. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical onboarding and deployment of complex AI/ML workloads with strategic enterprise customers. You will own the proof of concept (PoC) process and optimize workloads post-sale, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Crusoe's high-performance GPU infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include architecting and deploying ML workloads using Kubernetes-based stacks such as Ray and Kubeflow, while also designing infrastructure that balances performance, scalability, and efficiency.

You will serve as a liaison between customers and engineering teams, providing critical feedback and insights that drive product improvements. Your role will involve not just technical deployment but also fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success with our solutions. You will be at the forefront of Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through responsible cloud infrastructure.
