What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute Crusoe Energy Cloud's Software Defined Networking strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, driving architectural decisions and overseeing design and code reviews. Your collaboration with the network infrastructure organization will be crucial in developing and deploying industry-leading networking solutions.
You will lead the development and maintenance of Linux Kernel modules and drivers, leveraging your expertise in XDP, EBPF, and DPDK to enhance network capabilities. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of SmartNICs and DPUs/IPUs, significantly improving network performance. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering their professional growth.
