What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of lifecycle marketing programs that contribute to the overall revenue growth of Curology. You will be responsible for managing external vendors, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on creating processes that enhance operational efficiency, allowing your team to work more effectively towards achieving business objectives. You will also mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing and collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Commercial Team. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lifecycle programs and making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the lifecycle marketing team and contributing to Curology's mission.
