You have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with experience in maintaining and optimizing production systems. You understand the importance of incident response and have experience working with complex systems. You are comfortable with on-call responsibilities and can manage your time effectively during shifts.
What you'll do
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Cutover, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our production systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with our support and engineering teams to maintain and optimize the platform's reliability. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, responding to incidents, and implementing improvements to our infrastructure.
You will engage in on-call shifts, providing support during critical incidents and ensuring timely recovery from IT outages. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our AI-powered SaaS solution, which is used by some of the world's largest financial institutions. You will also contribute to the development of intelligent runbooks that streamline complex processes and enhance operational efficiency.
