You have a strong technical background with experience in deploying complex systems in cloud environments — your expertise spans AWS, GCP, and Azure, and you are comfortable working with Kubernetes and Helm. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex customer issues — your ability to reproduce and resolve incidents in lab environments showcases your hands-on approach to engineering challenges. What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Cyberhaven, you will be the technical point of contact for customer deployments of the Content Inspection stack — your role involves working directly with clients to architect, deploy, and validate CI in production environments. You will collaborate with various teams, including SRE and Customer Support, to ensure that customer deployments are successful and that any high-severity incidents are resolved efficiently.

You will lead investigations into complex customer issues, reproducing them in lab or test clusters and driving them to resolution within R&D. Your contributions will directly inform product behavior and roadmap decisions, ensuring that real-world requirements shape the development of Cyberhaven's solutions. You will also partner with SRE on reliability and capacity planning, ensuring that the architecture is robust and ready for on-prem CI deployments.
