You possess a keen understanding of deployment processes and are skilled in application design and KPI identification. Your experience includes supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring that customers receive the training and support they need for successful deployment. You are always looking for ways to improve internal processes and incorporate lean principles into your work, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and support pre-sales solution engineering, which includes customer validation and deployment planning. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that Cyngn's technology integrates seamlessly into their workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting sales as a subject matter expert, helping to validate prospective customers and discuss product offerings.
Post-sales, you will manage customer operations, focusing on training and deployment launch. You will execute to KPIs, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with our autonomous vehicles. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in internal sales and deployment processes, making your contributions vital to the success of the team and the company.
