You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing complex systems for autonomous technologies. Your expertise in C++ and Python allows you to create efficient and reliable software solutions that drive innovation in the field of autonomy. Your background includes a strong understanding of calibration, mapping, and localization processes, which are critical for the development of autonomous vehicles. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Calibration, Localization, & Mapping (CLAM) team, you will be responsible for enhancing the software that powers Cyngn's autonomous vehicle fleets. You will develop and implement new features that improve the accuracy and efficiency of HD map creation and localization processes. Your role will involve collaborating with hardware, QA, and other autonomy teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of autonomous vehicles in real-world environments. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
