Who you are
You are a highly organized and creative Event Manager with a passion for planning and executing world-class brand activations and industry events. You have experience collaborating with creative, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and high-impact storytelling. Your ability to manage logistics and operations ensures flawless event production and a memorable attendee experience.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at identifying and managing a company's presence at industry trade shows across various verticals such as tech, healthcare, and enterprise productivity. Your expertise in handling end-to-end execution, from booth design to lead capture, sets you apart.
You have a knack for designing and delivering high-touch C-level events and networking sessions, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to align objectives and attendee profiles. Your negotiation skills shine when evaluating and managing event sponsorships, ensuring visibility and voice through strategic collaborations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of Plaud AI’s global events, including product showcases and brand summits. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that every event aligns with the company's branding and storytelling goals. Your responsibilities will include managing event timelines, vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to ensure a seamless execution.
You will also identify opportunities for Plaud’s presence at industry trade shows and conferences, handling all aspects of the event from design to post-event engagement. Your role will involve designing high-touch executive dinners and VIP experiences, ensuring that every detail aligns with the company’s objectives.
Additionally, you will evaluate and negotiate event sponsorships, ensuring that they align with Plaud’s brand and business goals. Your focus will be on enhancing the company’s visibility and voice through speaking slots and branding opportunities. You will manage logistics and operations to ensure that every event is executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable experiences for attendees.
