Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Trainer & CX Expert to drive clinical adoption and customer excellence in the dental industry. Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally with experience in the dental or healthcare industry. You are skilled at delivering engaging training sessions and have a knack for coaching clinicians through complex workflows. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable with travel to provide in-practice training and support. You are passionate about empowering others and ensuring they succeed in adopting new technologies. You understand the importance of customer experience and are dedicated to driving excellence in every interaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding sessions that build clinician confidence with scanning and digital workflows. You will observe workflows in real-time and provide coaching to reinforce best practices, ensuring that clinicians are equipped to deliver high-quality care. You will serve as the clinical authority for both training and customer experience, resolving technical clinical issues as they arise. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the market launch team to ensure that practices are ready for digital adoption. You will also gather feedback from clinicians to continuously improve training materials and support resources. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the success of Dandy's expansion into new markets.
