Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Trainer & CX Expert in Removables to drive clinical adoption and customer excellence. You'll deliver high-impact training and support to dental practices, ensuring they confidently adopt digital workflows. This role requires expertise in clinical support and training delivery.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally within the dental or healthcare industry. Your experience includes delivering high-impact training sessions and providing expert guidance on complex clinical cases. You are comfortable with digital workflows and have a passion for empowering clinicians to adopt new technologies confidently. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coach and mentor clinicians effectively. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are willing to travel up to 50% for in-practice training and support. You are dedicated to customer excellence and understand the importance of building strong relationships with dental practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding sessions, both virtually and in-practice, to build clinician confidence with scanning and digital workflows. You will observe workflows and provide real-time coaching to reinforce best practices and elevate scan quality. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical clinical issues, ensuring that practices receive the support they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the market launch team to shape customer success and long-term digital adoption strategies. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and workflows, ensuring that you remain a trusted resource for clinicians.
