Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Trainer & CX Expert in Removables to drive clinical adoption and customer excellence. You'll deliver high-impact training and support to dental practices, ensuring they confidently adopt digital workflows. This role requires expertise in clinical support and training.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally within the dental or healthcare industry. Your experience includes delivering high-impact onboarding and coaching clinicians through digital workflows, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their practice. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner. You are adaptable and thrive in a role that requires both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clinicians and their teams. You are comfortable with travel, as this role includes up to 50% travel for in-practice training and support. You are passionate about improving customer experiences and are dedicated to helping practices achieve success through technology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding to dental practices, both virtually and in-person. You will observe workflows and provide real-time coaching to reinforce best practices and elevate scan quality. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex clinical issues that arise during the adoption of digital workflows. You will collaborate with the market launch team to ensure that practices are well-prepared for the transition to digital systems. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from clinicians to continuously improve training materials and support processes. You will play a key role in shaping customer success and long-term digital adoption within the dental industry.
