Dandy is seeking a Dental Field Trainer to lead impactful training for dental practices in New York City. This role focuses on helping teams adopt digital workflows and improve clinical performance. Up to 85% travel is required.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in clinical training and a passion for technology in the dental field. Your experience includes working closely with clinicians and operational leaders to facilitate the adoption of new technologies. You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate the benefits of digital workflows and intraoral scanning to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a consultative role, adapting your approach based on the needs of the teams you work with. Your ability to observe and coach in real-time helps reinforce best practices and drive early clinical success. You are comfortable with significant travel, as this role requires you to be on-site at various dental practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead high-touch, in-person training sessions for dental practices in the New York Metro area. Your primary focus will be on helping teams adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence. You will observe live procedures, provide coaching, and adapt training materials to meet the specific needs of each practice. Your role will also involve collaborating with operational leaders to ensure that the training aligns with the overall goals of the practice. You will gather feedback post-training to assess the effectiveness of your sessions and make necessary adjustments. Your contributions will directly impact the success of dental practices as they modernize their operations through technology.
