You have a strong background in clinical training and a passion for technology in the dental field — your experience allows you to effectively coach clinicians and operational leaders in adopting new digital workflows. You are comfortable with high levels of travel, as this role requires up to 85% travel to various dental practices. Your consultative approach enables you to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of technology solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information in an accessible manner — you thrive in environments where you can observe and adapt your training techniques in real-time to meet the specific needs of each practice. Your ability to analyze clinical performance and provide actionable insights is a key asset in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead high-touch, in-person training sessions for dental practices, focusing on the adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You will coach teams based on live observations, reinforcing best practices and adapting your approach to align with the practice's goals. Your role as a trusted clinical advisor will involve working closely with clinicians and operational leaders to ensure they feel confident in utilizing Dandy's digital dentistry solutions.
