What you'll do

As the Director of S&OP at Dandy, you will own and lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring that all aspects of demand, supply, inventory, and capital planning are effectively managed. You will define planning horizons and establish decision rights that support disciplined execution across the organization. Your role will involve building integrated operating plans that align revenue forecasts with capacity, inventory, and spending.

You will drive alignment across various departments, facilitating collaboration and communication to ensure that all teams are working towards common goals. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing the mechanisms, models, and decision frameworks that guide capacity investments and market expansion strategies.
