You have a strong background in finance and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You excel at analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is exceptional, allowing you to effectively partner with departments such as Sales, Business Development, and Product Management. You are skilled in developing financial models and providing strategic insights that balance growth with risk management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading high-impact initiatives that shape the company's trajectory.
Desirable
Experience in a hyper-growth company is a plus, as is familiarity with the restaurant or food delivery industry. You have a proven track record of influencing commercial strategy and operational decision-making. Your strong communication skills enable you to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
As the Director of Finance & Strategy, you will lead the Deal Desk function, supporting Sales teams with new restaurant merchant deals and renegotiations. You will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy across various segments, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB. Your role will involve developing and overseeing advanced financial models that provide actionable analysis to guide commercial decision-making. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to identify opportunities and design solutions that enhance profitability and long-term resilience. You will also lead initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that strategic pilots are launched successfully and deliver measurable results.
