You have a strong background in advanced manufacturing engineering, with experience in developing and scaling manufacturing processes. Your expertise includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating R&D solutions into high-volume production. You are skilled in writing machine specifications and conducting root cause analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

You possess a solid understanding of process development methodologies and are adept at driving improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency. Your experience includes participating in FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other commissioning activities, ensuring that new machines and processes meet industry standards.

You are familiar with automation and equipment utilization, and you have a knack for fixture design that enhances production capabilities. Your analytical skills enable you to validate and document manufacturing process improvements effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the advanced manufacturing team, working closely with third-party integrators and internal engineering teams. You will drive the development of new machines and processes that are essential for Dandy's growth in the dental industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on R&D solutions and scaling them into high-volume production processes.

You will lead process development initiatives, quickly addressing problems and optimizing for cost, quality, and efficiency. Your work will involve writing detailed machine specifications and evaluating proof of concept systems to ensure they meet operational requirements. You will also engage in conceptual machine design and develop process designs of experiments (DOEs) to validate new manufacturing techniques.

Your role will require you to document and validate manufacturing process improvements, focusing on automation and equipment utilization. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure that the manufacturing processes align with Dandy's mission to modernize the dental industry.
