You have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in developing and optimizing production processes. Your expertise includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and quality. You are skilled in using tools like AutoCAD and have a solid understanding of automation technologies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving improvements in manufacturing systems. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze complex issues to develop effective solutions. You are comfortable working with third-party integrators and internal engineering teams to scale R&D solutions into high-volume production processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key member of the advanced manufacturing team, responsible for driving the development of new machines and processes. You will participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as well as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities. Your responsibilities will include writing machine specifications, evaluating proof of concept systems, and conducting root cause analysis to optimize manufacturing processes. You will also develop, validate, and document manufacturing process improvements, focusing on automation, equipment utilization, and fixture design. Your contributions will play a crucial role in Dandy's mission to modernize the dental industry through technology and innovation.
