You are a seasoned CRM strategist with a proven track record in retention marketing. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully developed and executed strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Your creativity is matched by your technical depth, allowing you to analyze data and derive actionable insights that drive results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
You possess a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and have experience with various CRM tools and platforms. Your analytical mindset enables you to measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns and make data-driven decisions. You are passionate about creating personalized customer experiences that foster long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of retention marketing strategies that align with Darkroom's overall business objectives.
