Databricks is seeking a Strategic Core Account Executive to drive sales within high-growth financial services organizations. You'll be responsible for managing designated accounts and expanding consumption within existing businesses. Business-level fluency in English and a deep understanding of the product are required.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the financial services sector, and are adept at navigating complex decision-making processes. Your ability to quickly penetrate accounts and demonstrate value to clients sets you apart. You possess a deep understanding of Databricks' product offerings and can effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in selling data solutions or analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with the financial services industry and its unique challenges will help you succeed in this role. A proven track record of managing and expanding client accounts will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage designated accounts and be responsible for expanding consumption within existing businesses. You will regularly communicate account strategies to senior management at Databricks, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your role will involve meeting with executive leadership to understand how Databricks can impact their business outcomes. You will consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives, utilizing a creative and problem-solving approach to sell and create value for clients. You will develop a comprehensive plan for success both internally at Databricks and externally in your territory, ensuring that you are well-positioned to meet client needs and drive growth.
