Who you are
You have extensive experience in backend engineering, particularly in building and operating large-scale software platforms. Your expertise includes working with microservices and handling complex distributed systems, ensuring resilience and security in your designs. You are comfortable navigating cloud environments and have a strong understanding of the challenges that come with processing large volumes of data.
You possess a deep knowledge of Apache Spark and its applications, having utilized it in previous roles to drive data processing and analytics. Your ability to collaborate with product management and engineering teams allows you to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, implement, and operate microservices that are critical to the functionality of Databricks' platform.
