You have a strong background in customer enablement and program management, ideally with experience in the tech industry. You are comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role and excel at building relationships with stakeholders across various teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the commercial success of Databricks’ training and enablement portfolio across enterprise accounts in the EMEA Northern and Benelux region. You will partner closely with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption, renewal, and expansion. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs, from discovery to execution, ensuring that each program is tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of these programs on customer retention and business outcomes, using data to inform your strategies and decisions.
