Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in sales enablement, with a focus on onboarding and training new hires. Your experience includes developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that enablement initiatives align with business goals and sales strategies.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with sales representatives and stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and feedback enables you to continuously improve training programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales organization.
What you'll do
As the Enablement Program Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of onboarding programs for Squareβs sales representatives in Australia. You will design scalable training initiatives that equip new hires with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will identify key competencies and develop training materials that address these areas.
You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs through performance metrics and feedback, making adjustments as needed to enhance the training experience. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions, workshops, and ongoing coaching to ensure that sales teams are well-prepared to engage with customers and drive sales.
