What you'll do

As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by leading the post-sale technical strategy for your assigned accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales and field engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and usage of the Databricks platform. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their use cases, leading technical discussions, and providing guidance on best practices for leveraging Databricks workloads.

You will also be responsible for owning executive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the customer journey. By creating and driving plans for your customers, you will help them achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from Databricks. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and commercial acumen, as you work to align customer objectives with Databricks' offerings.
