You have a strong background in technical account management and customer success, ideally with experience in data platforms or cloud technologies. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders and have a proven track record of driving growth in customer accounts. Your communication skills allow you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
You are comfortable navigating complex customer environments and can identify opportunities for increasing the adoption of the Databricks platform. Your technical credibility enables you to act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with Databricks. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and success.
What you'll do
As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by leading the post-sale technical strategy for your assigned accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales and field engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and usage of the Databricks platform. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their use cases, leading technical discussions, and providing guidance on best practices for leveraging Databricks workloads.
You will also be responsible for owning executive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the customer journey.
