You have a strong background in field enablement and learning principles, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to manage multiple projects effectively while demonstrating accountability in your work. You possess a strategic mindset, enabling you to adapt to evolving priorities and drive performance through strong relationships with stakeholders. Your passion for Data and AI technologies is evident, and you are committed to empowering others through effective enablement programs.
Desirable
Experience in collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop innovative sales enablement initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in sales or customer engagement will also be beneficial as you work to elevate learner effectiveness in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership in Japan and key stakeholders across the APJ and global regions to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives. You will assess the skills necessary for success in customer-facing roles and develop tailored enablement programs that enhance overall learner effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with global strategies while adapting to regional needs. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of enablement programs and continuously improving them based on feedback and performance metrics.
