You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in designing and implementing training programs that enhance sales readiness. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and scaling sales enablement programs that drive readiness across Roku's Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Performance teams. You will initially focus on go-to-market initiatives for Sales and Operations, ensuring that all teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. As you grow in this position, you will lead the creation of foundational learning courses that cover Roku's entire product suite, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the sales organization. You will collaborate closely with product and sales leadership to identify training needs and develop content that addresses those needs effectively. Your role will involve continuous assessment of training effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
