Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in IT support, particularly in providing high-level technical assistance to executives. Your background includes a blend of deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate and resolve issues for C-level executives and their teams. You thrive in high-pressure situations and are adept at anticipating needs, ensuring productivity, and delivering a white-glove service experience. Your proactive mindset enables you to identify trends and create solutions before problems arise, making you a valuable asset to any executive team.

You are familiar with managing high-priority escalations from helpdesk teams and have a hands-on approach to supporting devices, A/V setups, and onsite conference room needs. Your experience includes documenting best practices and solutions in knowledge bases like Confluence, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization. You are comfortable collaborating with IT specialists and engineering teams to deploy tools and services that enhance executive productivity and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management frameworks. You may also have experience with project management tools that help streamline processes and improve the overall support experience for executives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated IT point of contact for Databricks' C-suite and executive assistants, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution of technical issues. You will lead executive support with a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and identifying trends to create solutions before problems arise. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of high-priority escalations from Tier 1 helpdesk teams and driving them to resolution while providing hands-on support for devices, A/V setups, meetings, events, and onsite conference rooms.

You will document best practices and solutions in our Confluence knowledge base to enable knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will partner with IT specialists and engineering teams to deploy tools and services that enhance executive productivity and collaboration. Your role will require you to prioritize, manage, and close tickets efficiently while identifying opportunities for process and experience improvements.
