Who you are

You have a strong background in IT support, with experience providing personalized service to executives in both office and home environments. Your communication and customer service skills are impeccable, allowing you to respond effectively to technical issues and ensure high satisfaction levels. You are comfortable working with a variety of IT equipment and software, including Google Apps, Apple devices, and PCs, and you have a knack for troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.

You thrive in high-pressure situations and are able to manage crisis escalations effectively. Your ability to monitor desktop issues and provide prompt, confidential support sets you apart. You are also skilled in network and A/V system setup, ensuring that all technical aspects of events run smoothly. Your proactive approach means you often go above and beyond to ensure that the executive team has everything they need to succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide concierge-level support for Uber's executive team, ensuring that their technology needs are met no matter where they are. You will be responsible for responding to executive technology support issues and being on-call as scheduled. Your day-to-day tasks will include constant monitoring of desktop issues, managing hardware and software upgrades, and providing reliable technical support for a wide range of IT equipment and software.

You will also be involved in setting up networks and A/V systems in both residential and business environments, ensuring that all events happen without a hitch. Your role will require you to accurately manage crisis escalations and transfer calls to other support teams as appropriate. You will be a key player in maintaining the high-performance culture at Uber, marked by fearlessness and hyper productivity.
