You have a strong background in pre-sales management, with experience in developing and leading successful teams of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals. Your ability to partner with sales organizations has helped you close significant revenue opportunities while mentoring new team members to collaborate effectively. You understand the importance of building a customer-obsessed culture and are committed to fostering teamwork and diversity within your team.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex, business value-focused solutions to various stakeholders. Your experience in managing hiring processes and scaling teams ensures that you can rapidly grow the Field Engineering segment without compromising quality. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, which is crucial for supporting complex sales cycles.
Desirable
Experience in scaling and mentoring both onshore and offshore technical teams is a plus. Familiarity with the Greater China Region market will enhance your effectiveness in this role, as you will be responsible for driving the success of your team in this specific area.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Solutions Architects, you will lead a team focused on pre-sales activities for the Greater China Region.
