You understand the challenges of deploying machine learning models at scale and are adept at optimizing performance through fine-tuning and hyperparameter adjustments. What you'll do
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Databricks, you will shape the direction of our applied AI initiatives, driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI models and systems. You will collaborate with product teams to enhance the capabilities of our GenAI products, such as Databricks Assistant and AI/BI Genie. Your role will involve designing and implementing machine learning pipelines that facilitate rapid experimentation and iteration, ensuring that our models achieve optimal performance on specific tasks and domains.
You will lead efforts to develop novel data collection and fine-tuning techniques, contributing to the overall quality of our large language models (LLMs).
