What you'll do

As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our customers. You will engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritized customers, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, providing post-sale support, and acting as the technical lead across all Databricks products. You will create and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive growth in your assigned accounts.

You will collaborate closely with sales and field engineering teams to develop plans that align with customer objectives. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, guiding them through the adoption process, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the Databricks platform. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to internal teams.
