Who you are

You have extensive experience in building and scaling partnerships within the cybersecurity and observability domains — your background includes working with leading ISVs and hyperscalers, giving you a unique perspective on what drives successful collaborations. You possess a deep understanding of security and observability technologies, including identity management, endpoint security, governance, compliance, and threat detection. Your ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between product, engineering, and sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic focus. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to create high-quality programs that establish Databricks as a leader in the security and observability space. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance security and observability workloads, ensuring that customers realize the full value of their investments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the strategy for building a robust partner ecosystem that enhances Databricks' offerings in security and observability. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop integrations that meet market demands and drive customer success. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and nurturing relationships with top ISVs, co-creating go-to-market plays, and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and market needs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that require strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey the value of partnerships to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish Databricks as the preferred platform for running data-and-AI-intensive security and observability workloads, ultimately driving growth and customer satisfaction.
