What you'll do

As a Staff GenAI Research Scientist at Databricks, you will be responsible for advancing the scientific frontier in AI by creating new techniques that go beyond the state of the art. You will collaborate with a team of researchers to develop AI models and systems using customer data, focusing on technologies such as pre-training LLMs and augmented generation.
