What you'll do

As a Research Scientist on the Mosaic AI Team at Databricks, you will be responsible for keeping up with the latest developments in deep learning and creating new techniques that go beyond the state of the art. You will collaborate with a team of researchers to develop AI models and systems using customer data, focusing on technologies ranging from pre-training LLMs to augmented generation techniques. Your role will involve encoding scientific expertise into products, ensuring that they meet customer needs and drive success.
