You have extensive experience in sales enablement and leadership, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive training and enablement initiatives that align with business objectives. You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to create a vision for enablement that accelerates growth in the EMEA region. Your ability to balance internal and external enablement initiatives is critical to the success of the regional business. You are adept at leveraging data and insights to inform your strategies and ensure that training programs meet the needs of diverse audience segments.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead the enablement organization, managing a team of specialists dedicated to enhancing the skills of sellers, technical pre-sales, service delivery, partners, and customers. You will collaborate with various teams across Sales, Field Engineering, and Professional Services to advocate for onboarding and ongoing talent transformation needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that training programs achieve their intended business outcomes.
You will drive all enablement initiatives in the EMEA region, focusing on customer success and adoption of Databricks solutions. Your creativity will shine as you develop cutting-edge learning strategies that elevate the capabilities of your team and the broader organization.
