What you'll do
As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in shaping how Figma's go-to-market teams sell. You will build and scale an extraordinary field and product enablement function that empowers our Sales and Customer Experience & Solutions teams. Your responsibilities will include architecting our end-to-end field enablement approach, ensuring that sales methodology, product readiness, and manager excellence are all aligned to drive significant revenue impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all customer-facing roles.
You will also be responsible for developing training programs and resources that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. This includes creating engaging content, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that teams are well-prepared to meet customer needs. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
