Multiverse is hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support their Go-to-Market strategy. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure team members are equipped for success. You are comfortable collaborating with senior leadership to define organizational priorities and align enablement solutions that drive team success. What you'll do
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Sales Enablement team. You will support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to ramp up quickly. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering ongoing training programs that enhance the skills of existing team members, focusing on areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
You will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior GTM leadership to define the enablement strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
