You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within Fortune 500 accounts. You have a deep understanding of how to sell innovation and change, and you excel at compressing decision cycles by effectively communicating the value of complex products to customers and system integrators. Your passion for understanding products in depth allows you to articulate their value clearly, making you a trusted advisor to your clients.
You possess a strong point of view on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, which informs your strategic execution and enables you to provide genuine value to your clients. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives, is a testament to your interpersonal skills and your commitment to driving value-based growth within your accounts.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Core Account Executive at Databricks, you will manage a strategic enterprise client in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to expand Databricks' footprint into new business units and use cases, ensuring that you exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. You will track all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring that you maintain a comprehensive understanding of your accounts.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of go-to-market strategies, leveraging your insights into customer needs and market trends. Your role will involve guiding deals forward, compressing decision cycles, and ultimately leading your clients to successful outcomes with Databricks' innovative solutions.
