Who you are
You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within Fortune 1000 accounts. You understand how to sell innovation and change, guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles effectively. Your passion for understanding products in depth allows you to communicate their value to customers and system integrators clearly.
With a strong background in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, you bring an informed point of view that helps shape your execution strategy. You excel at building relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders, driving value-based growth within your accounts. You are results-oriented, consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a strategic enterprise client in the Manufacturing & High-Tech vertical, expanding Databricks' footprint into new business units and use cases. You will be responsible for tracking all customer details, including use cases and purchase time frames, ensuring that you provide genuine value to your clients. Your ability to drive value-based growth will be crucial as you work to maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Databricks.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings. Your role will involve not only selling but also educating clients on the benefits of Databricks' solutions, helping them to innovate and gain a competitive edge in their industries. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to refine your approach continuously.
