Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical environment. You are customer-obsessed and have a proven track record of developing product strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. Your ability to engage with large enterprise customers allows you to gather insights that inform product development and roadmap decisions. You thrive in cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are action-oriented and can drive initiatives from vision to implementation, ensuring that products meet market demands and deliver value to users.

Desirable

Experience in data and AI infrastructure is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud computing platforms. You have a strategic mindset and can think long-term while also being detail-oriented in execution. Your technical background enables you to understand complex systems and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will research, define, and own the product vision and strategy for the Compute Platform at Databricks. You will coordinate product activities from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Engaging with enterprise customers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will gather feedback and insights to inform product development. You will work closely with engineering teams to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product launches. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive product success and address any challenges that arise post-launch. You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and iterating on features based on user feedback and market trends.
