What you'll do

In this role, you will own the overall technical engagement with a major Oil & Gas customer, leading a globally distributed field engineering team. You will partner closely with the Global Account Director to develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive success. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating the capabilities of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, creating customized solutions, and ensuring that all technical efforts align with customer goals. You will also be responsible for coordinating work across various business units and geographies, ensuring consistency and impact in all engagements.

You will leverage your technical knowledge to guide customers through their data challenges, helping them make informed decisions that propel their business forward. Your role will involve collaborating with a customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity, and you will play a key part in shaping how clients work with data. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within your team.
