You have a strong background in big data analytics and have spent several years working with data platforms β your expertise allows you to understand complex data challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive customer success. You excel at building relationships with clients, ensuring that they see the business value in the solutions you propose. Your technical skills enable you to demonstrate the capabilities of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform effectively, making you a trusted advisor in architecture and implementation.
You are proactive and customer-centric, always looking for ways to improve the user experience and foster a culture of creativity and experimentation. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner sets you apart, allowing you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will form successful relationships with clients throughout the SEMEA region, providing them with technical and business value through your expertise in big data analytics. You will operate as an expert, exciting customers about Databricks and guiding them in the successful adoption of the platform. Your responsibilities will include authoring reference architectures, creating how-tos, and developing demo applications that showcase the platform's capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your role will involve scaling best practices in your field, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also empowered to leverage the full potential of the Databricks platform. You will be instrumental in driving customer success and helping businesses make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
