Who you are
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining solutions in the Big Data ecosystem. Your background includes a strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and you are well-versed in the Databricks unified analytics platform. You excel at troubleshooting complex technical issues and have a knack for providing clear guidance to customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively advocate for customer needs and collaborate with engineering teams.
You are passionate about customer success and enjoy being a part of their journey with Databricks. You have experience with third-party integrations and can provide best practices for custom-built solutions. Your technical expertise is complemented by a commitment to continuous learning, as you actively seek to strengthen your knowledge of the Databricks platform and related technologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Databricks platform, ensuring that clients can maximize their use of the product. You will provide best practices support for custom-built solutions developed by Databricks customers and deliver suggestions for improving performance in customer-specific environments. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with issues around third-party integrations with the Databricks environment, demonstrating and coordinating with engineering and escalation teams to achieve resolution of customer issues and requests.
You will participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles, contributing to the overall knowledge base that supports both customers and internal teams. Additionally, you will be involved in a weekend and weekday on-call rotation, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. As a pioneer of our Databricks São Paulo office, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving success for our clients.
